Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If there is an issue with your order, such as a printing error, damage, or the wrong item received, contact us at (your email) within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo(s) of the product
Approved claims will be replaced at no additional cost.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking shows a package delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier. Legacy & Culture Co. is not responsible for stolen or missing packages marked as delivered.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Because items begin processing shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order is submitted.
